Here
is my recipe for my “go to” sauce. This
sauce serves multiple purposes for me and I tend to make a big jar to keep it
in the fridge. I use the sauce on fish,
chicken, beef or pork. It is great as a
marinade or heat up and drizzle over chicken wings or grilled fish. I like to also put it on white fish or salmon
and bake the fish in the oven with the sauce.
Ingredients
4 tablespoon of hoisin sauce
2 teaspoon of sesame oil
4 tablespoon of soy sauce
2 tablespoon of fish sauce
2 tablespoon of sriracha hot sauce
4 tablespoon of honey
2 tablespoon of garlic
Process
Mix
all ingredients together.
TIP: Make a large batch and store in
refrigerator for multiple use.
